Last month, Westburne West had their annual Kick Off to align the team with the 2018 objectives and uphold the values needed to create another successful year. This year the team focused on creating a fun filled event with networking opportunities, breakout sessions, and important organizational presentations.
The engaging event brought in external motivational speakers Paul Watts, Sales Performance Coach from Base over Apex, and Shane Wallace, CEO of CultureSmith Inc to share their knowledge and expertise with the Westburne team.
Two networking events were held to provide the Westburne team with the opportunity to get to know their team mates and key vendors. The first night, the team threw on their boots and headed down to Ranchman’s for some dancing, bull riding, and smoked brisket. The second evening consisted of vendor awards and vendor networking to increase communication between the Westburne team and the outstanding vendors of 2017.
The Westburne West Kick Off marks a shift in the tone from 2017 to 2018, one of enthusiasm and passion for the growth of our business in the coming year.
